Living in a world of supreme civilization and high technology, we are conveyed to think in terms of sex, violence and chaos. Best-sellers need these ingredients. But there are alternatives to this rule giving us the possibility of choosing a way of being in love, peace and harmony. For this reason I would like to consecrate some words to the thinking of Harold W. Becker.

President of the non-profit organisation “The Love Foundation” in Florida which was established in 2000, Harold W. Becker is an internationally known and experienced speaker, author of several books. Holder of an MBA of the University of Florida, he has a consulting and multimedia company “Internal Insights”, created in 1990. He devotes much of his spare time with cancer patients and their families. In 2004, he launched the first Global Love Day for May 1, an international celebration of humanity with an art, essay and poetry invitational (www.thelovefoundation.com).
